EPA releasted RIN October data last Friday and as expected RIN generation continues to rocket higher yet RIN values remain stable for now. D4 RIN generation reached 6.43 Billion of which nearly 1.1 billion were imported. Interestingly D3 generation from RNG reached 568 Mil and since each category is nested withing the overall RVOs of 20.82 for 2023, we are now looking at 19.55 Bil as of end of October and based on forecast we will end the year close to 23 Billion well over the mandated Renewable fuel level.
